LAS VEGAS, NV, May 2, 2006 (PodTech News) — Juniper CEO Scott Kriens took the keynote stage at the Interop conference in Las Vegas this morning and outlined several serious problems facing the developers of networking products, including security and fragmented business structures. “It is no longer a physical proposition,” Kriens said. “At the end of the day we’re talking about an extended enterprise model–extended supply chains, work forces, materials, manufacturing, contractors, partners; and all of that [must work together] because it has to.”
