WWDC 2006: Steve Jobs Announces New Products – Part 1 of 3
San Francisco, August 7, 2006 (PodTech News) Apple Computer Chairman and CEO Steve Jobs kicked off the World Wide Developer’s Conference (WWDC) at Moscone West in San Francisco before a packed convention hall expecting major announcements regarding the company’s line of computers, software and the iPod. The proceedings began with Jobs introducing Apple’s SVP of Worldwide Marketing Phil Schiller to unveil the Mac Pro, a replacement for the G5.
