Several stories this week caught our attention: Footnote.com added three million Revolutionary War pension files, thanks to a deal with FamilySearch (Footnote.com currently adds about 2 million documents each month from the National Archives.); Overstock.com, this week, had a California appeals court uphold the ruling to allow them to proceed to trial against Gradient Analytics, for intentionally trying to push the stock price down; And finally, Seth Godin stopped in Utah for his marketing experiment tour for his new book, The Dip.
