VC are investing more money than ever before. But is it a good time to investment? There is a dearth of good exit strategies. The IPO market is still moribund and there are fewer large companies that are interested in acquiring startups. Paul Deninger, vice chairman at Jefferies & Company spelled out the problems VCs face at the recent Stanford Summit.
