It’s been awhile since we first began hearing about WiMAX, and it may have sounded impossible at first. Not to Frank Gruber. He says it was inevitable, that it works, and it’s cool.

Beginning this week, you can think of Baltimore as one big hotspot. The computing potential for a city that’s completely wirelessly connected is huge. No matter where you are, you are connected. Simply put, it is the next generation of mobile broadband access.
