Dell is a case study for doing it wrong — then right — in social media. As the Digital Media Manager at Dell, Lionel Menchaca is responsible for the social media programs at one of the world’s largest and well-known technology companies. Dell is an amazing case study for social media, from a rough start, launching a blog, and the recent release of IdeaStorm (check it out here). We also talked about customer evangelists, and how to embrace and deal with them.
