Aloke Bajpai is the founder-CEO of Travenues, a travel-technology startup based in Gurgaon, India. Travenues is building a ‘Travel 2.0’ planning & search engine named iXiGO for web & mobile consumers in India. IXIGO was one of the products to be showcased at the recently concluded proto.in.

Prior to this, Aloke and his partners, Jens & Rajnish had spent five years at Amadeus in Europe, where they had architected & built next generation products for the travel industry. Aloke has also led partnerships & strategic business development at FinalQuadrant Solutions, a travel ERP solution provider.

Aloke is an avid traveler and has lived and worked on four continents. He holds an electrical engineering degree from IIT Kanpur and an MBA from INSEAD.
