During the Alternative Fuels & Vehicle Expo in Anaheim, we rode along with Richard Kasper, president and CEO of GEM, a division of DaimlerChrysler, in the e6 Low Speed Electric Vehicle. Sold through Dodge, Chrysler and Jeep dealerships, LSV’s or Neighborhood Electric Vehicles, are street legal, emissions-free and capable of traveling 40 miles on a single charge.
