It’s no secret that the pandemic has been detrimental to our mental health. The American Psychological Association’s report, Stress in America 2021: Pandemic Stress One Year On, quantifies the toll it’s taken, illuminating the profound effect of prolonged stress on parents, essential workers, communities of color and people of different generations. In conversation with Dr. Arthur Evans, we unpack the findings from this report, as well as discuss ways employers can lend their support, including how they can mentally prepare leaders and employees for returning to the office.

Guest: Arthur Evans, Jr., PhD, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Vice President, American Psychological Association
