IT Best Practices: 5 years ago, Intel IT began planning, engineering, and implementing a virtualized business computing production environment as part of our overall data center strategy. We are currently accelerating virtualization adoption for general purpose applications, with a goal of virtualizing 70 to 80 percent of our office and enterprise environments within two years.
