IDF2012 – Intel Labs Media Day: Compute capabilities, made available in stores, could make the shopping experience truly interactive. Researchers at Intel are investigating how processors on retail shelves could provide interactive price tags, multiple languages, and social media capabilities, and would serve consumers, retailers and manufacturers.
