Judy Estrin, President and CEO of Packet Design, began her career as an entrepreneur. After co-founding three successful technology companies, she became CTO at Cisco. “Half the people I would meet would say, ‘How could you go from being a CEO to being a CTO working for someone else?’ The other half suddenly thought for the first time in my life, my career was valid,” Estrin told Podtech’s Catherine Girardeau.
