Robert Thomas, CEO of Infoblox, speaks with PodTech founder John Furrier in the second part of a two-part podcast. They talk about entrepreneurship, starting a company, being a CEO, and taking a company public. Thomas was the CEO of NetScreen, a startup funded by Sequoia Capital and acquired by Juniper Networks. Robert talks about what it takes to be a successful entrepreneur and successful CEO, both in inspiring employees and executing the business plan.

Check out the first part of this podcast conversation, where Thomas discusses Infoblox and trends in DNS and enterprise identity technology.

John’s Comments: I really enjoyed meeting Robert — a seasoned executive who has had great success in his career. I was inspired by this conversation and he had some great advice for entrepreneurs. Robert was the CEO of Netscreen, which was co-founded by Feng Deng, an angel investor in PodTech. Thomas’s comments in these podcasts are a must-listen for any entrepreneur and CEO of a growing venture.
