As a former Enron executive and author of “Confessions of an Enron Executive: A Whistleblower’s Story,” Lynn Brewer was the perfect person to talk with on the day that Jeffrey Skilling was sentenced to 24 years in a federal prison for his involvement in illegalities surrounding the collapse of Enron — illegalities that inclued conspiracy, insider trading and securities fraud. We spoke with Brewer about changes in compliance and retention since the fall of the energy giant while she attended the NextPage and ARMA.
