The market presented by the mobile platform, with its existing network of devices already in place, keeps developers in the gaming industry up late trying to take advantage of this potential. According to Forrester Senior Analyst Paul Jackson, to date they haven’t been very successful. But the future may tell a different story, and in his recent presentation to the Forrester Consumer Forum, Jackson explains that the social computing aspect of the mobile platform may make it a bigger part of gaming in the future.
