The high school kids who participate in Intel’s International Science and Engineering Fair 2007 are certainly focused on their entry projects. Many will use their research in college, which could become the basis of future careers. For Atlanta, Georgia high school student Kari Jackson, helping to control insect pests is a step along the way toward working in space. Jackson talked about his project with PodTech’s Jason Lopez at ISEF, which is underway in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
