SAN FRANCISCO, September 26, 2006 (PodTech News) — Intel’s CEO Paul Otellini said his company is committed to bringing out new silicon manufacturing processes and chips every two years. Essentially, according to Otellini, Intel will prove that Moore’s Law can continue well into the next decade. The opening keynote address this morning — heard by an audience of some 3,000 software developers, analysts and members of the press — lasted about one hour, and saw Otellini run through a laundry list of Intel’s recent industry-significant innovations. PodTech’s Catherine Girardeau was there.
