Alan Brenner, VP, Client Systems Group at Sun Microsystems, hosted a general session on mobility. The 90-minute presentation, called Simplicity in Innovation, unveiled new and coming uses of Java to power experiences via portable devices. In part 3 of the podcast, you’ll hear how mobile platforms are driving media convergence, connecting services delivered via mobile with stationery devices. Brenner says Java’s presence is fueling new technologies that can link applications across platforms.
