Complexity is one of the issues with buzz at Interop 2012, Las Vegas. Don Clark of NEC says until now there hasn’t been a single source solution to manage complexity in the data center. NEC’s ProgrammableFlow PF6800 Controller, the first commercial OpenFlow network controller, won the “Best of Interop 2012” Grand Prize. Interop judge Steven Hill says, “NEC deserves a lot of credit for taking OpenFlow out of the lab and into the real world.”
