Apple CEO Steve Jobs suggested in his MacWorld 2007 keynote that the new iPhone can connect to the Internet via WiFi. Really? And Cingular is okay with that? A reading of the description on Apple’s Web site seems to confirm it. “iPhone is fully multi-tasking, so you can read a web page while downloading your email in the background over Wi-Fi or EDGE.” In this podcast, Steve Jobs demonstrates the iPhone’s Web muscle and announces some partnerships to make Internet functionality easier.
