Trip Hawkins, founder of video game juggernaut Electronic Arts and designer of John Madden Football and High Heat Baseball, was at this year’s Mobile Game Conference in Bellevue, WA. Hawkins, who is currently Chairman and CEO of mobile phone game maker Digital Chocolate, spoke with PodTech’s Rio Pesino about his love of video games, why he made the jump into the mobile phone gaming market and the importance of social mobile games and applications.
