This is a good teaser; I enjoyed and related w/the conversation because like web 1.0 in the early 90′s, we are hitting an exciting wave of web2.0. These technologies in the Cisco/WebEx world should soon find acceptance in corporate much faster than those of web 1.0. did. I am personally re-inventing myself in my career by learning about and working in blogs, RSS and studying social marketing trends. These must lead to business value in the enterprise where innovators grab ahold of personal client feedback to better build products, shorten development cycles and be a first-adopter in the market. I’m looking at Cisco blogs almost every day.

Always like hearing Stu he is a wealth of knowledge and a very forward thinker. Web 2.0 is all about the end-users, subscribers they are the ones that companies need to listen to, serve them they way they need to be served, blogs, email, voice or text. If the companies are providing value that betters the subscriber’s life then companies are wasting time and money. Eric/Stu nice job. Jeff
