MENLO PARK, June 12, 2006 (PodTech News) — “Unsanctioned corporate blogging is absolutely a tough call. And it happens in just about every organization,” said Allen Weiner, a media analyst and Research Vice President with Gartner, Inc. In an interview with PodTech’s Catherine Girardeau, Weiner said he thinks companies need policies that govern in-house blogging, or, “all hell breaks loose.” We asked Weiner to talk about some of the benefits and risks corporate blogging presents to companies.
