Intelligent Networking: If you use carrier-grade as your design-point you realise there are a lot of enterprise segments you can tackle as well, such as financial services, Sandra Rivera explains to Martyn Warwick. She talks about how she’s glad that infrastructure is getting its turn in the limelight this year at MWC;  how important IoT is going to be; and how too much is made of the friction between the big OTT players and big service providers. With a programmable network, she says, the ground-rules change. “You have now created a platform for innovation whether it comes from upstream with the content providers or downstream with the users… if you create that environment the innovators will come.”
